Give your team more time for the work that matters.

We train AI agents that sit inside your existing process — handling the repetitive steps, so your people handle the judgement calls.

  • Berlin & Prishtina
  • Clients worldwide
  • GDPR-compliant by design
  • EU data residency

01The situation

AI isn't the hard part. Fitting it into how you already work is.

Most teams don't need another tool. They need someone to sit with them, map how the work actually flows, and take the repetitive load off their shoulders. We start with your process and your people — not with a model.

02What we do

Three core services. Most engagements combine two.

  • The repetitive middle of your operations — intake, routing, approvals, follow-ups. We map one process end to end and rebuild it so the routine path runs without a person in it, and the exceptions land with the right person, in context.

  • Your CRM, your ERP, your inbox, and the three spreadsheets that quietly hold everything together. We connect them so a number entered once is a number everywhere, and the handovers between systems stop being somebody's manual job.

  • The public face of the operation, built on the same footing as the rest. Design, build, and the flows behind it — enquiries, bookings, orders — so the site does work rather than just describing it.

03How we work

Small steps, visible early.

  • We sit with the people doing the work and follow one process from trigger to outcome. You get a written blueprint: the steps, the volumes, the hours it costs today, what automating it is worth, and what we would build. Fixed price, and yours to keep whatever you decide next.

  • We build in short cycles against the blueprint, on your infrastructure, and show you working software early. Nothing goes live on a promise — you watch the routine path run and the exceptions get caught before anyone depends on it.

  • We launch alongside your team, train the people using it, and stay reachable while the process settles. Then we agree what running it looks like: monitoring, a response window in writing, and a review once the numbers are in.

04Why DEEEX

Reasons our clients give.

  • You get named people and a direct line — not a ticket queue, and not an account manager relaying messages. Berlin hours, English or German, and the person who built the thing is the person who answers.

  • GDPR, EU data residency and the AI Act are decisions we make on day one, not questions we answer afterwards. Where a workflow touches personal data we scope it that way from the beginning — including what the system is explicitly not allowed to do.

  • Berlin and Prishtina, one team and one standard of work. It keeps our rates honest and our capacity flexible, and it means someone is usually free when you need an answer rather than a slot next week.

  • If a process is too small to be worth automating, or too unsettled to automate yet, we will tell you before you spend money on it. Turning down the wrong project is cheaper for both of us than delivering it.

Where automation pays off

  • Enquiries answered in minutes rather than days, qualified against your own criteria, and in the CRM with the context attached. The follow-ups nobody got round to start happening on their own.

  • Scheduling, routing, status updates, and the chasing in between. The routine path runs itself, and your team hears about the exceptions instead of the everyday.

  • Incoming invoices read, matched and posted, with anything unusual held back for a person. Month-end stops being a week of assembling and reconciling.

  • Answers that are consistent, available outside office hours, and grounded on your own documentation — with a clean handover to a person the moment the question needs judgement.

Start with one process.

Pick the process that costs you the most hours. We will map it, cost it, and show you what automating it is worth — before you commit to a build.
