    AI assistants

    An assistant that answers from your own documents, in German or English, and knows where to stop. We ground it on the material your team already trusts — handbooks, price lists, past tickets — and set explicit rules for what it must never answer alone. When it reaches that line it hands over to a named person, with the full conversation attached.

    Document intelligence

    Invoices, delivery notes, contracts, application forms. We read the documents you receive, pull out the fields that matter, check them against what you already hold, and write the result into the system you actually work in. Anything the model is unsure about gets flagged for review rather than quietly guessed.

    Data, reporting & integration

    Most reporting pain isn't the analysis, it's the two hours a week somebody spends assembling the same spreadsheet. We connect the systems that hold your numbers, agree what each figure actually means, and put the report where people already look — on a schedule, with nobody assembling anything. Where the underlying data is messy, we say so and fix that first.

    Tools only pay off if the team uses them well. We train the people who will actually work with the system, write a usage policy your legal counsel can sign off, and review the tooling you already pay for before recommending anything new. That includes an honest read on where you stand against the EU AI Act.

The first engagement is a fixed scope for a fixed price. You see the working result before committing to anything larger — and if the numbers don't hold up, we tell you.

You own everything

Code, prompts, workflows, documentation and accounts are yours from day one, in your repositories and your infrastructure. No licence to renew, nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.

Support that answers

Named people and a direct line, not a ticket queue. During a build we are reachable the same working day; after launch we agree a response window in writing and keep to it.
